Guest Filtering
Before accepting a reservation, Hogar is able to conduct checks on the potential tenant in question. Tenants must provide a government issued photo ID, a picture of themselves, and a reason for the reservation before we confirm their stay. This is all done to keep your property in good hands.
Hogar is able to decide who has access to your property at any time. By installing RemoteLock, we can generate property access codes when necessary, remotely activating and deactivating each code when a reservation begins and ends.

Additional Security Measures
At Hogar we care deeply about your property's well being, that's why we don't mess around when it comes to security. We use a front door security camera and an indoor noise level sensor to monitor what's happening at the property at all times. Additionally, we are covered by property insurance to replace stolen or broken items.
